I am an independent designer on Zazzle.com. With Zazzle’s powerful design tools, I create unique products available on their marketplace. When you place an order, Zazzle handles the printing and shipping through their global distribution system—fast, reliable, and backed by an excellent return policy.

2. Making a Change to Your Order
Once your order is placed, it goes straight to Zazzle’s printing team. If your order is still pending, you’ll have the option to cancel, edit, and reorder it directly.
If your order has already gone into production, the best solution is to place a corrected order and then return the incorrect items once they arrive. The good news is that Zazzle has an excellent return policy and their customer support team is always ready to help.

3. Customizations
✨ What I Can Do
At Creative Design™, I’m happy to make small adjustments so your design feels just right. This may include:
- Adding extra information
- Changing script fonts for certain words
- Adjusting font styles or background colors
- Creating matching products from my existing designs (for example, turning an invitation into a mug or adding an enclosure card with a new title)

I don’t create entirely new designs with brand-new graphics.

4. Shipping Estimates
Once you place your order, it goes directly to Zazzle’s printers, who then handle the shipping. In my experience, Zazzle is very reliable when it comes to their shipping estimates.
If you’d like to see an estimate before placing your order:
- On desktop: you’ll find the shipping estimator on the right side of the product page, just above the “Add to Cart” button.
- On mobile: it’s located just below the “Add to Cart” button.

5. How to Cancel Your Order
I completely understand—life happens! Once you make a purchase, your order is sent straight to Zazzle’s printing team, who then handle shipping.
If you need to cancel your order, the best option is to reach out directly to Zazzle’s customer support team. They have an excellent cancellation policy and will be able to help quickly.
6. Digital Downloads
Zazzle makes it easy to get instant access to your designs! They currently offer digital downloads in 5x7, 7x5, 3.5x5, and 8x10 sizes. You can choose to purchase an instant download, a printed version, or just the download itself.
Once downloaded, you’ll receive the files in JPEG, PNG, and PDF formats, giving you the flexibility to print them however and wherever you’d like.

7. Samples
Zazzle doesn’t provide free samples. If you’d like to see the quality before placing a larger order, I recommend ordering a single copy first to get a feel for the product.
8. Returns
